Returns, Exchanges and Cancellation Policy

Each product comes with a 5 year warranty. Though uncommon, this covers any manufacturing defects, faulty hardware etc. Our team takes any such case very seriously and works quickly to repair or replace your items in the shortest possible time upon receipt.
We Guarantee Satisfaction
If any purchase is not to your complete satisfaction, initiate your return to 876 Stream Limited within 30 days of purchase for a complete refund or exchange. Just remember to return it in the original packaged condition with proof of purchase. Shipping, handling, gift box and other charges may be applied.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Tickets or donation for events are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- 876 Stream Limited aims to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that your order is incorrect, damaged, defective, or simply not to your satisfaction, please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Contact us via email or telephone and outline the issue or challenge with product.
- Wait for response via email with return assessment and instruction on how to return or exchange the product.
- Follow instructions carefully to complete return or exchange.
- Refunds will be paid upon receipt of returned items.
Cancellations made by email at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation email will be processed without penalty. Attempts to cancel an order beyond the stipulated period will be subject to discretion, as well as a cancellation fee of $5,000.
